Preserving a Legacy and Expanding Global Reach Amidst the Challenge of Commemorating a Renowned Artist

Mike Francis is a well renowned artist known for his contemporary and hyperrealistic art. Following Mike’s passing, his family wanted to commemorate his life and share his art with enthusiasts worldwide, leading to a partnership with Candid Digital to create a unique platform that celebrates his legacy and artistry while also offering fans the opportunity to purchase high quality original artwork.

Elevating Legacy with Strategic Branding and Digital Marketing

Initially our focus was to create a premium feeling website platform that provided a balance for users to both browse from Mike’s extensive catalogues whilst also showcasing memoirs, information & stories about his life.

Alongside this we also developed a complete brand overview including a distinctive logo and visual identity to not only use on the website but also across various social media platforms.

Once launched our focus shifted to ensuring the website received maximum visibility, this included site wide Search Engine Optimisation as well social media creative.

For social media, we formulated and executed a targeted Instagram strategy, focusing on sharing high-quality images of the artworks, engaging stories about Mike Francis’s artistic journey, and interactive content that draws in an audience of art enthusiasts and collectors.

Finally our strategy saw the introduction of a paid ad strategy to generate visibility & print sales, targeting social media users with interests related to the work of Mike Francis. This allows the family to run the platform in a sustainable view to the long term legacy of Mike
