DP Services are a leading UK based lift and car stacker installer & service provider. The challenge was to provide a brand “refresh” whilst migrating to a new, modern website fit for customers. The new brand was required in order to expand the services on offer to its customer whilst not alienating its existing customer base.
Working with the brand we gained an understanding of the target customer segments and through research identified the key touch points & priorities. This allowed us to present a new, expanded brand to cover the wider customer base whilst not losing the core positioning previously held.
The work saw the delivery of an updated brand kit alongside a new, mobile friendly website designed to position the brand as a key player in the new markets being expanded into. The new website project included a revised site map, new SEO optimised content and a new design to modernise the brand.
Through delivering the re-brand and new website project overall website traffic increased by over 400% across all channels. Organic traffic increased significantly due to the work completed through the new website project, this delivered over 8 times more organic traffic in the 3 months post new-site launch than the previous period.
